During the 15-minute consultation, I’ll ask you a few questions about what you are generally looking for from therapy. We will also go over some logistical items (scheduling, payment, policies, etc.). I also like to leave room for any questions you may have for me about my practice style, professional history, or anything else that is on your mind. The goal of the consultation is to make sure we could be a good therapist-client match.

Yes! All therapy sessions are done virtually.

$200/ hour, out of network only, self pay at time of the service.

All interactions, written and verbal, are considered confidential. However, there are legal limitations to client confidentiality, including if there is evidence of abuse or a serious threat of harming yourself or others.

I kindly ask that clients notify me if they cannot attend a session at least 24 hours before the time of the appointment. I will charge the rate of the session for any missed appointments or cancellations within 24 hours.
